It is with regret that I dispatch this missive having internalised high respect for our postal service and the National Insurance Scheme.

On September 24, 2024, I posted a NIS claim via Wales Post Office. To date, to the best of my knowledge, the claim was either not received by NIS or not accounted for after receipt. For the sake of others, who may experience what I am experiencing, I am suggesting that claims be sent by registered mail. I am wondering if the Post Office system can investigate mildly and NIS can check further.
